With the safety of our communities in mind, many of 2020-2021 events have been cancelled. When we are in a healthier future, we encourage everyone to attend twice as many cultural events as they would have before, to support the performing arts and our affected communities! Until then, we are happy to host virtual lei-making workshops. Contact us to learn more!

E Haku Lei | to fashion a lei

Lei are not simply decorative pieces; they share a spiritual connection with and are representative of the land they come from, the people who create them, and the people for whom they are made. Lei is a cultural, personal, and spiritual exchange of aloha (love), mana (spiritual power), and mana'o (knowledge). Learn about how lei-making strengthens our connections to the land and to each other. Share in company, stories, and laughter in this labor of love.

Order Fresh Lei

Lei by Kalei'okalani. Kalei's designs are each made with love and admiration for the art and tradition of lei-making. Whether for a baby's first lū'au, graduation, wedding, or birthday celebration, a lei can be gifted to the people you care for most. Show them a special reminder of their island home or give them a unique gift found no where else. Mahalo nui loa or E Ho'omaika'i can't be said any better than with a fresh, fragrant lei by Kalei'okalani.

Order lei at huraitimana@gmail.com (product display coming soon)
